Men and Women Use Hair Inhibitors

With the new hair inhibitors on the market, which all claim to stop the growth of unwanted and unsightly hair from arms, face, back, chest and legs, there needs to be a warning or a disclaimer that states there is a ‘waiting’ period for the hair to stop growing. Many of these hair halters make the claim that they will stop an individuals unwanted hair from growing but do not tell people that it takes weeks, sometimes months to actually halt hair from growing.

Plant extract is what many of the inhibitors for hair are made from and eventually, they will diminish the hair growing back. What does grow back is going to be finer and lighter than what was there in the first place. It’s going to be like a baby’s hair. This fine hair is going to be less visible to others, even when they are really closes and it will be easier to remove with traditional methods like shaving.

In order to get hair to stop growing, there are a lot of different lotions, potions and creams that virtually block the growth of the hair at the source, the hair follicle or the pore where the hair begins to grow out of a small dab of oil. Many women are looking for a miracle in a bottle to stop the growth of this hair but they need to be careful because sometimes these inhibitors can clog the hair shafts or pores and the permanent damage is a bump or ingrown hair where there used to be a piece of hair. If it gets infected, then a trip to the doctor is required and it might leave a scar in which the hair would have been a better alternative.

Possible because of a sport, such as swimming or bodybuilding, men would want to stop the hair growth on their back, chest, legs and arms. Men tend to have a more course type of hair and it’s usually thicker so the same treatment of inhibitor may not work or it will take an extra long time to work. Some men may find that applying more would be needed in order to stop the hair growth where they want it.

Personal areas or ‘bikini’ lines are another region both women and men may consider halting the hair growth. These areas have very delicate skin underneath and an individual need to be extremely careful with such a product that could possible cause burning.
